Retreat to Your Spirit: Meditation and Healing at NIBANAH

A Place to Pause, Reflect, and Reawaken

Every retreat begins with a moment of stillness and an invitation to set down your to-do list and step into a slower rhythm. The land itself seems to breathe with you: birdsong replaces notifications, wind through the trees calms racing thoughts, and the sounds and smells of nature sooth your soul.

We offer a range of guided and self-guided meditation experiences, including silent forest walks, breathwork circles, intention-setting sessions, and sound healing. Our certified facilitators are trained in mindfulness, energy-balancing, mixed healing arts and are trauma-informed.  Retreats can last anywhere from a few hours to an immersive weekend  or week and are tailored to meet the needs of individuals, small groups, or private facilitators seeking a sacred space to host their own offerings.

Spiritual Community, Not Dogma

NIBANAH is open to people of all faiths, no faith, and every walk of life. Our retreats are rooted in respect, inclusion, and the belief that every path to inner peace is valid.

We’ve welcomed Buddhists, Christians, Sufis, secular meditators, and those simply seeking silence. What unites our guests isn’t doctrine—it’s the shared longing for quiet, truth, and belonging.

Each retreat includes time for community connection, nourishing meals, and personal reflection. We hold space for joy, for tears, for insights and transformation—all without judgment.

Real Stories, Real Healing

Many guests arrive at NIBANAH carrying emotional weight—burnout, grief, anxiety, creative blockages, or the quiet ache of disconnection. While we don’t claim to “fix” anything, what we offer is presence, gentle tools, and a space where healing becomes possible.

We’ve witnessed guests shed their first real tears in years. Others rediscover their creative voice, writing poetry for the first time since childhood.

These stories are not rare. They are reminders of what can happen when we slow down, feel safe, and reconnect with ourselves—fully and without judgment.
